Project Overview
Twice Daily launched mobile ordering across its Rewards app, and the rollout needed to reach guests everywhere they already were — at the pump, at the counter, in the drive-thru, at curbside, and on the way in the door. The challenge was less about any single asset than about coverage: making sure a guest at any of 200+ locations encountered the message at the right moment, and that every store received the right pieces for its footprint.

The project
The campaign design was developed by our agency partner. I managed the rollout end to end — production, distribution, and execution across the chain.
Working with the Marketing Director and VP of Marketing, I helped determine where the messaging needed to live in and around the store, then translated that into a full asset list: counter wraps, order pickup signage, curbside numbers, pump toppers, ice chest toppers, floor stands, window clings, brochures, buttons, and stickers. I designed several of the smaller pieces myself, extending the established look into new formats.
Because store footprints varied across the 200+ locations, I built a signage implementation guide specifying which pieces went where and at what size, so field teams and store managers could install consistently without guesswork. I worked directly with our print vendors through proofing and prepress to ensure every piece was accurate and delivered on time.
Beyond print, I coordinated the broader launch: distributing the video and radio spots produced by outside partners, working with the media buying company on placement, and partnering with our social vendor and social media agency on the digital rollout alongside web and email assets.

Creative Direction
The established direction was clean and instructional — the goal was comprehension in seconds. Every piece led with a single clear message, paired with QR codes for immediate download and short step-by-step guidance so a guest could go from seeing the sign to placing an order without asking a question.
